I conceptualised and initiated the movement of StartYoung after working with women entrepreneurs for about an year, seeing the problems they face. As women’s life is multidimensional and they have to multitask 24*7 through out their life. it is better to start as early as they can to be their own boss.
They have to take care of their kids, their home, their parents, with whole lot of hormones and other stuff. Starting early will help them cover up many of these :)
Under this initiative we conduct Entrepreneurship Awareness Sessions specially designed for Girls in Schools, Colleges and Universities.

BossLADIES® has partnered with Startup Punjab, Department of Industries and Commerce Government of Punjab and signed a MOU for working towards developing a robust StartUp Ecosystem in Punjab, especially working with women entrepreneurs.
BossLADIES® will be working with StartUp Punjab:
- To provide incubation support if applicable to startups registered with Startup Punjab.
- To Provide mentor-ship support to Students / early stage startups associated with Startup Punjab through various events.
- To provide resource persons for events organized by Startup Punjab.
- To participate actively in events organized by Startup Punjab and facilitate Startup Punjab for holding events at their premises - To provide support for connecting with sponsors.
